Action Items
-The Board of Education voted to approve a $26,000 increase to the District's FY20 Infinite Campus Contract. Infinite Campus is District 60’s Student Information System. 
-The Board of Education voted to approve the purchase of Carnegie Learning math program for students in grades 6-9 at a cost of $179,173. 
-The Board of Education voted to purchase STEM Materials for K-8 students at a total  cost of  $74,281.69.
-The Board of Education voted to  approve the purchase of math materials for students in grades K-5 at a cost of $347,959.
-The Board of Education voted to approve the increase of instrument rental fees. Due to instrument repair and upkeep, yearly cleaning, supplies for instruments that must be purchased (i.e. slide oil, valve oil, reeds, swabs, strings, rosin, rock stops, etc...), requesting fee increase to $60 from $48.
-The Board of Education voted to authorize an additional $750 for the Legal Conference for Administrators being held at Juarez Middle School on August 6-7, 2019.
-The Board of Education voted to approve the 2019-20 Parent/Student Handbook on Rights and Responsibilities for duplication and distribution.

Personnel Items
-The Board of Education voted to approve the appointments and resignations of 66 employees. 
-The Board of Education voted to approve the request for four (4) additional personnel in the Office of Bilingual and Multicultural Education. At an estimated cost of $271,000.
-The Board of Education voted to approve a travel reimbursement for the District’s Math Coordinator in the amount of $2,100.
