We’re looking forward to seeing you at our Back-to-School Resource Fair this Saturday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Brookside Campus of Waukegan High School. This annual event is one of our most exciting and well-attended.
Families who attend will have access to a wide variety of free resources and services to help students start the school year off strong, including free backpacks full of supplies. Pre-registration has closed for the fair; however, walk-up registration is still available throughout the day of the fair.
We want to remind everyone that all attendees will need to check in when they arrive at the event. Also, to help limit time spent in line, we encourage families not to begin lining up early. Families should plan to arrive at or after 11:00 a.m., as there will be enough supplies for everyone.
Parking is available onsite for those driving to the event. There will be satellite location shuttle buses at several elementary schools. At 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. there will be shuttle pick-ups at North and Carman Buckner elementary schools. At 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 1:30 p.m., there will be a shuttle pick-up at Clearview and Oakdale elementary schools. The shuttles will return from Brookside in these regular intervals as well.
The Resource Fair will take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather and come ready to enjoy a great day.

Esperamos verlos en nuestra Feria de Recursos de Regreso a Clases este sábado 26 de julio, de 11:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m., en el Plantel Brookside de la Secundaria de Waukegan. Este evento anual es uno de los más emocionantes y con mayor asistencia.
Las familias que asistan tendrán acceso a una amplia variedad de recursos y servicios gratuitos para ayudar a los estudiantes a comenzar el año escolar con fuerza, incluyendo mochilas gratuitas con útiles escolares. El plazo de preinscripción para la feria ya cerró; sin embargo, la inscripción sin cita previa seguirá disponible durante todo el día de la feria.
Queremos recordarles a todos que todos los asistentes deberán registrarse al llegar al evento. También, para limitar el tiempo de espera en la fila, recomendamos a las familias que no lleguen antes de esa hora. Se recomienda que las familias lleguen a las 11:00 a.m. o después, ya que habrá suficientes provisiones para todos.
Hay estacionamiento disponible para quienes lleguen al evento en automóvil. Habrá autobuses que recogerán en varias escuelas primarias. A las 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. y 2:00 p.m. habrá paradas de autobús en las escuelas Elementales North y Carman Buckner. A las 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. y 1:30 p.m., habrá paradas de autobús en las escuelas Elementales Clearview y Oakdale. Los autobuses también regresarán desde Brookside en estos intervalos regulares.
