District 60’s Bilingual & Multicultural Department, as part of its Parent University Academia 60, will host officer elections during its next Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC) meeting on Thursday, November 13, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in the library of the Waukegan High School - Brookside Campus, 2325 Brookside Avenue.
BPAC serves as an important platform for parents and guardians of bilingual students to engage with District leadership, share feedback, and collaborate on initiatives that support multilingual learners and their families. All parents of students enrolled in bilingual programs are encouraged to participate and make their voices heard in this year’s election process.
Those interested in attending are asked to reserve their spot by completing the registration form available online here.
Families unable to attend in person may join the meeting virtually via Google Meet. Instructions to join a Google Meet can be found here.

El Departamento Bilingüe y Multicultural del Distrito 60, como parte de su Universidad para Padres Academia 60, realizará las elecciones de funcionarios durante su próxima reunión del Comité Asesor de Padres Bilingües (BPAC) el jueves 13 de noviembre, comenzando a las 5:30 p.m. La reunión será en la biblioteca de la Escuela Secundaria Waukegan - Plantel Brookside, 2325 Brookside Avenue.
El BPAC es una plataforma importante para que los padres y guardianes de estudiantes bilingües se relacionen con los líderes del Distrito, compartan sus opiniones y colaboren en iniciativas que apoyan a los estudiantes multilingües y sus familias. Se anima a todos los padres de estudiantes inscritos en programas bilingües a participar y hacer oír su voz en el proceso electoral de este año.
Aquellos que estén interesados en asistir se les pide que reserven su lugar y completen el formulario de registro disponible en línea aquí.
