The deadline for local organizations and individuals to submit proposals for District 60’s African American Male Achievement Initiative (AAMAI) RFP has been extended to Friday, October 25.
To assist interested parties, the District will host an optional information session to address questions regarding the RFP and the African American Male Achievement Initiative. The virtual session will take place at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16 via Zoom.
The purpose of this RFP is to establish an equitable framework that ensures African American/Black male students have access to one or more community providers who promote a sense of belonging and foster academic success. The goal is to connect high-quality community programs with students who would benefit most from these services.
Eligible organizations and individuals are encouraged to complete the document request form, which allows the District to provide all relevant materials. You can access the form here.
The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible contractors. All proposals must be submitted to the District no later than October 25, 2024, with the opening of proposals taking place at 11 a.m. at Lincoln Center, 1201 N. Sheridan Road.
