Nominating petition packets for the April 1, 2025, consolidated election for the Waukegan Community Unit School District #60 Board of Education are available through the Office of the County Clerk. 

Three seats on the seven-member Board of Education will be filled during the April election. All three seats will serve four-year terms expiring in April 2029.

The first day to circulate nominating petitions was August 20, 2022. A Board candidate’s petition papers must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Lake County between November 12 and November 18, 2024. 

Petition packets for Board of Education candidates are available at the County Clerk’s Office, or website, lakecountyclerk.info.  Additional election information can be obtained online at: www.elections.il.gov. Packets will not be available at District offices.
