Families interested in learning more about our District's Two-way Dual Language program will have another opportunity to do so during our next informational meeting on Tuesday, March 18, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Glenwood Elementary, 2500 Northmoor Ave.

Students enrolling in preschool and Kindergarten for the 2025/2026 school year will have the option to enter the lottery for our District's Two-way Dual Language program. The Two-Way Dual Language program brings together native English and Spanish speakers in the same classroom, providing instruction in both languages. This approach helps students develop strong literacy and academic skills in both English and Spanish while fostering cultural appreciation and understanding.

Las familias interesadas en aprender más sobre el Programa de Lenguaje Dual Bidireccional de nuestro distrito tendrán otra oportunidad de hacerlo durante nuestra próxima reunión informativa el martes, 18 de marzo, de 5 p.m. a 6 p.m. en la Escuela Elemental Glenwood, 2500 Northmoor Ave.

Los estudiantes que se inscriban en preescolar y Kínder para el año escolar 2025/2026 tendrán la opción de participar en la lotería para el Programa de Lenguaje Dual Bidireccional de nuestro distrito. El Programa de Lenguaje Dual Bidireccional reúne a hablantes nativos de inglés y español en el mismo salón de clases, dando instrucción en ambos idiomas. Este enfoque ayuda a los estudiantes a desarrollar habilidades académicas sólidas  y de alfabetización tanto en inglés como en español, al mismo tiempo que fomenta la apreciación y la comprensión cultural.
