WAUK-PAC Presents Finding Nemo Jr. June 27 & 28
District 60’s K-8 theater program, the Waukegan Performing Arts Company (WAUK-PAC) will debut its next production, Finding Nemo Jr., later this month. Nearly 60 Waukegan students representing seven elementary and three middle schools make up the cast and crew of the production.
"Finding Nemo Jr." follows the story of Marlin, an anxious clownfish, and his son Nemo, who longs to explore the Great Barrier Reef. When Nemo is captured, Marlin embarks on a journey to save him, teaming up with Dory, a fish with short-term memory loss, and others to overcome obstacles and return Nemo home.
Performances will be held Friday, June 27 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, June 28 at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
at Cooke Magnet Elementary, 522 Belvidere Road.
