District 60’s K-8 theater program, the Waukegan Performing Arts Company (Wauk-PAC), will debut its next production, Mary Poppins Jr., later this month. Moe than 50 Waukegan students representing eight elementary and four middle schools make up the cast and crew of the production.

Set in England in 1910, Mary Poppins Jr. follows the Banks family as the magical and wise Mary Poppins arrives to bring order, adventure, and a renewed sense of connection to their home.

Performances will be held Friday, April 17 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, April 18 at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. at Cooke Magnet Elementary, 522 Belvidere Road.

Tickets are $5 for the general public presale and $6 at the door, and free for children under 2. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. Ticket Link.
