Waukegan Public Schools has created online forms for potential vendors to complete if they are interested in keeping up to date on Bid and Request for Proposal (RFP) information from the school district, or if they would like to be added on our vendor list.
Interested vendors can Request to Be Notified of Bid and RFP Opportunities by filling out this form. (https://forms.gle/qmKAwZgr9a6cHvTN9). The form intended for use in identifying vendors desiring to receive notices of opportunities to submit competitive offers.
Additionally, the vendor request form (https://forms.gle/4K81G5WgBugZYUCt9), in accordance with Illinois School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-17), is intended to adhere to mandates that our District make a good faith effort to collect and publish certain demographic information provided by vendors and subcontractors doing business with us.
