Schools throughout Waukegan Community Unit School District # 60 schools will present their virtual State of the School addresses beginning this week. School principals and building leadership teams will present video Beginning of the Year (BOY) State of the School addresses on their respective school websites starting on November 30. Parents can expect schools to add their videos throughout the week. 

Each presentation will celebrate successes at schools, while also discussing important  BOY student data, including results from the IAR, NWEA and SAT assessments. The presentation will also detail work occurring at each building to positively impact data and to support students recoup any lost learning during the pandemic. Parents will also have an opportunity to learn about strategies they can implement at home to support their children’s  reading and math skills.
